I dont buy off the shelf im funny like that it has to be the required size & quality. I literally went thru over a dozen supplies of Bespoke Granite shelves till i was happy.. I cannot stand hand edged & poilished Granite has to be 100% perfect.

I use the brass nose-cone from a bomb on top of one of my Raspberry Pis! Do you get explosive impact from that mod? New clear sounds! |

I use RDC cones underneath my SEG and have a coaster on top, both make a good amount of improvement. I have a nice Black Granite platform & a set of RDC cones doing nothing? You think they will make an improvement under my Turntable as ive always taken all that malarky with a pinch of salt? Appipolilogies for the blur picture but the Camera battery is nearly flat.. See the granite is CNC machined edges for perfection. On close inspection they are not RDC cones. I think they are Derlin Jobbies i might have got from MRCU..  |

I often wonder about your guys sense of Quality  You spend so much on Gear yet buy utter cheap rubbish like those coasters! Just saying loike. |

But... the coasters I bought from Morrisons (set of four for about £7) are perfectly well finished and easily modified by removing the four stuck-on rubber feet and applying black sticky-back felt on the underside. They do the job very well, have properly cut edges and look fine! Ditto for the larger placemat size. |

You spent a lot of money of you system. adding DIY looking tripe does not make sense ! At least have something made that appeals to the eye in a quality scense

Anything with a bit of weight to it's going to help, I should think. I use the brass nose-cone from a bomb on top of one of my Raspberry Pis! When I first read this I thought it said: "I use the brass nose-comb...". Images of coiffured nasal hair was hard to dismiss and still has me amused. |
