Enjoy the forum! I used to have a white cat and he was my great listening partner. Loved a sesh in the seat and was a big Leonard Cohen fan. Ahh. Genuine musical solidarity. :-) George is a great fan of remote apped computer audio, as I don’t need to keep getting up to change the record / CD! :-D

So far, utterly decent. I’ve felt very welcomed. Thanks. Cheltenham - Yes, from here that’s just over the tracks (on the posh side). I remember after the floods of 2007 there was no running water in Cheltenham or Gloucester. In Cheltenham it was all Union jacks and community spirit: Pimms parties around the water bowsers. In contrast, here in Gloucester it was like Mad Max. Where are you now, Tony? Hi Ben I remember that time well! Making back from from our home cinema suite which was based in Ross, coming up the M50 following a large Army truck wake, in the works Citroen with the suspension set to high as the water was two foot plus on between J2 and J1! Just made it back that day, damp but home! We moved to Buckinghamshire in 2010 but enough distance from London to have a pleasant surroundings but close enough to get to quickly if required. Though today its one of those gloomy windy days that is not inviting at all. You’ve picked a well balanced spot. Even if the weather doesn't always play ball! And, based on your drive through the Gloucestershire floods, sounds like the Citroen’s adjustable suspension delivers certain useful amphibious capabilities should the weather really misbehave.
