Most of us buy and sell kit with PayPal to friends and family. No charge. That will do nicely
Selling "goods" means the buyer has a PayPal guarantee - for what that's worth. 3.4% of the total taken by PayPal.
Then there is the Cross Border charge I was stung for selling kit to New Zealand or any country that's not your own 2%
Maybe it is in the T&Cs

I'm getting confused with the fees Paypal take off you for receiving money when you sell on EBay.

I'm getting confused with the fees Paypal take off you for receiving money when you sell on EBay. Too much. Long time ago I worked out Ebay and Paypal fees together were 20%. Put me right off. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong
