Roast Chicken salad, fresh fruit and some really boring sugar free desert. Brought this into work for dinner. Proper Xmas dinner with the kids and grand kids tomorrow |

Made another Thai Green Curry for my son and girlfriend later. This one's hot as he likes them that way, but still edible by everyone else. If I made it to his heat, no-one else could eat it.
