I think we would rather not delete but when members tell us an item is sold or withdrawn from sale, we lock the thread and change the title to reflect that.
Send me or us a pm and we will do the necessary.

Just post SOLD, Then Chris will lock it as he mentions, why would you want it deleting?

We clean up the sales threads as much as possible but never delete anything. It forms a reference in itself.
