Anyone know how i can stop the constant junk messages they keep sending, i block em but it does not work.

Unfortunately even if your number is registered, that doesn't stop texts: quote: "The TPS can accept the registration of mobile telephone numbers, however it is important to note that this will prevent the receipt of marketing voice calls but not SMS (text) messages. If you wish to stop receiving SMS marketing messages, please send an 'opt-out' request to the company involved."

Regardless, I never get any and it's good advice to opt out of both mail and phone calls. I also often give a false number to companies who ask for a phone number, unless I think it's necessary they have it. I just change the last digit to the next number, so they must have misheard or mistyped it

You could of course dial that number from a neutral phone (and/or 141 it) and see if it rings or gives an 'unobtainable' result.
