Hi,i just wondered if it's worth buying a 12v battery to run Stan's Dac and Headphone amplifier if so can you tell me the where to buy one or just please post me a link for one.

The battery I bought for my Caman II made a significant difference over the stock power supply, so well worth it IMO.

Get a small Yuasa 12V sealed lead acid battery and a small charger. You can run the charger for an hour in the small hours on a timer to keep it topped up. Buy from eBay.
The Caiman SEG has never sounded better, this battery is marvellous!

Lower noise floor, finer detail, greater dynamic range. Just overall big step up in quality.
