Every one of thems blocked on this rig. Damn. Worth popping into the Bow Bar if any beer lovers here are ever in Edinburgh. As well as excellent well served draught they have an extensive bottled beer menu with some quite interesting beers on it. Don't know the name but there was one at £25 for a bottle! Made from Champagne hops apparently

I think I posted this elsewhere once, but the most impressive variety of beers I've seen in a restaurant was in the Bear Tooth Cafe in Cooke City, Montana. Over the few days we stayed in Cooke City, I became rather attached to the Big Sky 'Moose Drool'.

I would just live in Brussels. I could try a different Belgian beer every day for a year and still not have to restart the carousel.

Or try a years worth in a day then totally wreck the carousel! Sorry, that's bad me. I'm off to the naughty step now.

Has anyone tried any of the "new boys" from Guinness e.g. Golden Ale, West Indies Porter, and Hop House Lager? Not exactly esoteric I know, but as a Guinness lover of many years standing, and several more years falling over, I'm about to ask Mr. Sainsbury to sneak a few bottles in with tomorrows groceries, so I thought I'd check for opinions here.
