I studiously resisted joining Facebook until we set up a TAS page there. After that, I kind of had to be a member. There are some extremely busy groups on there which focus on hifi, that maybe some forum members might be interested in. Audio Enthusiasts is a pretty big one with over 13,000 members and a philosophy which is pretty close to the one we espouse at The Audio Standard. Link to Audio Enthusiasts FB page

Already a member, quite a relaxed group.

I'm glad some people have found a sensible use for Facebook.
I've recently given up on it, as the rubbish outnumbered the useful stuff by at least 10:1, let alone the ads..

I've just joined two Farcebook groups: Audiophiles On A Budget, and Audiophile Cheapskates. I couldn't believe it when I got accepted and had access to the group members' posts; they both seem to be overwhelmingly U.S.-centric. I thought us Brits were the top tight buggers.

How did you prove how tight you are Paul to be accepted?

My joining has actually kicked off the makings of a decent Pi/Volumio thread in the Audiophiles On A Budget group.
