After this weeks arguments about money & our moving to a smaller place which will result in absolutely no space i can waste, i have decided to put everything i believe in through the window & buy an high quality but not expensive Digital front end which comprise of Headphone amp & Headphones. Ive also decided to take everything vintage which includes furniture, Books, records & all the artifacts i own to the charity shop even the Stereo.
However the Headphone amp cannot be a none descript Chinese made thing & also i do not want Sennheiser or AKG headphones.
Any recommendations o & deffo not a Raspberry
I am totally lost when it comes to modern Hi-Fi

I am sure the stuff you bought must be worth a bit of money. Why not sell it to help with your sitiuation All junk, cheaper & easier to give it all to Charity.

The Onkyo does not seem to have a headphone out The Yamaha seems to meet all your needs

But the Yamaha does not have a CD tray! Bit of an issue between choosing both..

The Pioneer plays CDs, has a USB socket, streams digital radio, Spotify, Chromecast, has digital optical input, connects to the internet via cable or wi-fi, has headphones output and a built-in amp for speakers.
