I've decided to do away with my previous username, and as the majority know me by my name, I thought I would follow Chris and Martin's example and have chosen PaulD as my new forum name. Just thought I would create a thread so I don't confuse anyone  |

In line with others, the enquiry will hardly be independent, will have at least three chairs during its tenure, will cost the taxpayer a quadrillion Pounds, take 15 years to complete and will have a damp squib outcome that displeases everyone.
