The only other feedback we're getting is that it seems to be browser dependent.
Internet Explorer and Chrome seem to work fine (at least, for me on W8.1). Safari is an unknown and Firefox on Mac seems to be a problem.

I have this with 2 TAS browser windows open and rarely at other time, possibly after going to another site while still on TAS
