Right click the video you want to embed.
Select 'Show Video URL'
The URL will appear in a new box
Right click it and select 'Copy'
In TAS don't use 'Quick Reply' but select 'Reply' or 'Create Thread' in order to see the full range of control buttons.
Select the 'Insert Embed' control, which looks like this:
Select the Facebook icon.
Paste the video URL into the white box.
Done!
