That bloke that keeps popping up here to tell me I've got an ad-blocker, and asks "can we talk?". I know I've got a bloody ad-blocker and no, we can't talk! I also get fed up with having to lie to him. I obviously won't do it next time, but I have to tell him I will so he'll go away. It's also painful keeping my tongue in my cheek for this long. What are you describing here, Paul? Something on the forum?

I hate when companies win awards that the Directors do not deserve but the Designer does, as he is the poor sucker that made it possible.

I had to ask: is this a browser pop-up of some kind? Whence from? I have Kaspersky installed and it has an adblocker as part of it. Some sites have a pop-up explaining they only get finance from ads. At least two national papers are amongst the ones I've seen. Kaspersky has the facility to apply a specific 'opt-out' for a site if you wish.

I haven't seen the 'bloke' that Paul describes. That's what has me scratching my head.

Interesting!
I can't be seen to advocate ad blockers being as this is a free forum provided by ProBoards, but you might want to try a better one?

It has the ProBoards logo, Paul. Yeah I saw that too, but assumed it was similar to the Adobe con, whereby you gets adds to click on their website but end up elsewhere, maybe not

In what way is it your problem? She bought it, it's her problem Umm, do you have a female partner? Used to. The best thing she did was bugger off elsewhere
