... why I can't move onto the next page of posts from the bottom of the page? Currently having to scroll back to the top of the page, and it's a pain in the bum!
Using the latest update of Firefox.

You don't have to scroll up, Chris. Look top-left and you'll see the page selector floats with you.
Also - there are quick ways to scroll all-the-way-down (End key or arrow at extreme right) and all-the-way-up (Home key or arrow at extreme right).

Thanks Martin
It shouldn't take too long to become familiar with the way the BB works.

Yes, it's just a little different. It's all there, but sometimes not quite where you expect it to be. We all kept finding problems with it, but soon realised that it's actually a great bit of software.

Well the page selector does indeed float. However, when I click for the next page when I'm at the end (bottom) of the current one I get the bottom of the next page, which is a pain in the arse! I still have to bugger about to get to the top of the page.
Can anything be tweaked in the engine room?

It does float, but disappears when using an iPad.

It does float, but disappears when using an iPad. Interesting. It floats on my Surface. This is the difference between browsers rather than OS platform, I think.

It does float, but disappears when using an iPad. It's still there, but you need to look with the other eye......

I would agree with the OP on this, the extra click is a pain on what is probably the most used forum navigation command. Other than that, the software seems very neat.

There's only one click required. The page navigator floats so that you can click the next page from anywhere.

When I joined here I had a message from Pro Boards that they already had details of my profile from another forum, and should it be used. The other forum happens to be Rock Grotto, somewhere I don't visit all that frequently. I have been on there just now, and when I click on the next page of posts it automatically goes to the head of the page, so is it possible to sort out what's going on here? It's a pain in the bum having to hit the "Home" key, and experience elsewhere tells me it shouldn't be required!

I'm very confused by this Chris because I just can't replicate the problem you're describing.

Same on Windows Phone: Next page goes to the top of the page for me.

Chris, I've searched every setting that I can find and I'm not able to pin down the cause of your problem.

I've tried IE and things run fine on it. My preferred browser is Firefox, and I run it with ad blocking. I'm just trying to get my head around why things work properly on another forum using proboards, but not here.

For whatever reason things have started to run as I would expect. It's only started behaving this morning, and I don't recollect having updated anything in the last 6 hours.

Well, there has been a change - our banner adverts aren't running as of this morning. I paid to make them go away - see the link at the bottom of the page.

That would suggest to me that either your browser is out of date or else ad blocking was somehow interfering with the up-to-top/down-to-bottom shortcuts.
