Hi everyone, now that we have our own area for the TAS CD Swap, I thought it prudent to place the Instructions & Ground Rules in it's own thread:

Instructions:

• The TAS CD Swap began on 12 October 2016.
• Members should request addresses to send CDs to via PM.
• At the beginning of each cycle, the members of the scheme should purchase a CD within a 2 week period and send it to the next person on the list (i.e. Person 1 sends to Person 2, Person 2 sends onto Person 3 etc.).
• CD Price is entirely up to the individual who purchases it, but I would propose circa £10.

• Once the CD has been received, each member of the cycle has 2 weeks to listen and review before sending onto the next person on the list (i.e. Person 2 will send on the CD originally received from Person 1 to Person 3, Person 3 will send onto Person 4 etc.), this will continue until everyone has heard and reviewed everyones CDs.
• Once the members have reviewed each CD, they shall write a review and post it into the thread that I will create in this section for themselves and other forum members to read.
• Once everyone has reviewed the CDs and the members have received their own back from the last person on the list (i.e. Person * sends back to Person 1), if they want to keep the CD then they should do so, if not they could offer it to the other scheme members, forum members or donate to a charity of their choice.

*Note* Please recognise that reviews can be emotive, please lets try and avoid conflicts by individuals taking what is written in a review in a personal manner. Not everyone will enjoy the same music. 

Ground Rules:

• No addresses or contact details are to be shared on the open forum (PM only).
• Anyone can join or leave the scheme, this includes new TAS forum members. (Please contact me via PM if you would like to join the scheme, and I shall add you to the list).

• • New members of the scheme will be added to the list and join in on the next active cycle.
  • Those intending on leaving the scheme can do so after the end of an active cycle.
• CDs must NOT be copied or imported onto a Music Server at any point - confirmed violation of this will be dealt with by the TAS Forum Administrators and likely result in a permanent ban from the TAS CD Swap.
• As the administrator of the TAS CD Swap, (PaulD) shall confirm when we have come to the end of each cycle and the date we can begin the next.
  
• As the administrators of the TAS Forum (MartinT, ChrisB, John, MikeMusic and PaulD) have the right to cancel a cycle or close down this scheme at any point.
