Trump to release files on the JFK assassination.
Cannot see the truth being any nearer surfacing.

"the navy said an event consistent with an explosion had been detected."
How many times are the news agencies going to repeat this error? A submarine beneath its lowest operating depth does not explode, it implodes.

Is it misreporting though? Surely an explosion can occur within a submarine? That may lead to a subsequent implosion but an explosion would have a completely different sound signature?

I would have thought that any shock would cause an immediate devastating implosion by weakening the hull against the enormous pressure, but I am not an expert.

Wages predicted to remain pretty much static for the next 20 years. Actual drop in productivity instead of expected slight rise, being one factor.

My first good paid job was in 1982/3. I was on £9.00 an hour which is nearly £30.00 an hour in todays money.. Absolute tripe wages these days.

Following on from the Greggs sausage roll/baby prophet switcheroo scandal, it seems that Quorn are at it too. Rather than trying to convince you in a low rent Lennon style that "our sausage rolls are at least as big as Jesus Christ", Quorn sausage rolls are available in packs of twelve for a super low price. Well...it's twelve if you cut them into three! www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-42251481

Crumpets, the new - "SNACK"!!
Oh yes...
It seems kids are snacking like there's no tomorrow, resulting in huge calorie intake. Alternatives are being but forward and the humble crumpet is where it's at.
Really handy for the kids at dinnertime nipping out to the corner shop to - snack.
" Hey Mista, gis half a dozen crumpets.
Want them well done, with lashings of butta. Real butta. None of ya cheap spread muck!"

Major flaw in millions of Intel chips revealed A serious flaw in the design of Intel's chips will require Microsoft, Linux and Apple to update operating systems for computers around the world. It is believed to affect chips in millions of computers from the last decade. The UK's National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) said it was aware of the issue and that patches were being produced. In response, Intel said the issue was not limited to its processors and that it was working on a fix. "Based on analysis to date, many types of computing devices - with many different vendors' processors and operating systems - are susceptible to these exploits," it said in a statement. It said it was working to "develop an industry-wide approach to resolve this issue promptly and constructively". "Intel has begun providing software and firmware updates to mitigate these exploits," it said.
