I actually make my own from various West Indian recipes that were passed on to me by relatives.

Well they are tasty and hot. I have actually been asked about selling the sambal. If you are into hot sauces, let know. I can send you a sampler the next time I make a batch.

I love hot sauce but it's often a struggle to find a good one that's not full of sugar. Tasty and hot is great because, so often, you get one of those two things at the expense of the other. I've a bottle of Magma Scotch Bonnet sauce in the cupboard, which is the next one I'll be trying. This one is savagely hot but tasty. Only a smidge required!

I love hot sauces. We've a shop near us that stocks such classics as Anus Ripper and Death sauce. Haven't tried them yet. Got a couple in the cupboard that I'll take pics of when I get a mo.

Crazy Jerry's Brain Damage is not super-hot but it does get that balance between heat and taste just right. I've had a few hotter, but none as good. Texas is the place to buy hot sauces. They will let you try extreme ones, too (on the end of a cocktail stick), but be prepared for a very uncomfortable experience afterwards!

My bracket seems well adjusted to all that hot stuff. Doesn't seem to bother my ringpiece so I'm kind of lucky there.
