Damn - the wife has just noticed that there is a small (2mm?) hole in the front grille cloth of one of the speakers. Centre-ish near the top. It doesn't affect performance, but it's there. You can see the dark spot in the photo. ... I find the 2001-ish grey slab look of the speakers a bit oppressive, so I cover them with a stylish net curtain to match the room decor anyway and the hole is totally invisible through that.

What you recon to the Rotel Deck Jerry? is it 'RP3000'? Yep, RP3000. I like it - nice spacious sound, steady speed, the arm is decent enough to let a Goldring Eroica mc cart strut its stuff very enjoyably. And I like its retro looks. --- and Dino helps to set the room mood.

I used to mention that Rotel deck a lot on AOS, but no one seemed to take any notice. The '3000' were cut for SME arms.. Anyway back to your sale..
