They look very interesting to me. I reckon, if they're not too pricey, they might be interesting to try. Have a look at a Google search for the model number of the bass driver - Tesla ARN 668 - there seems to be a lot about them on the net, but mostly not on English language sites.

I Chris I heard a pair not to long ago in Alloa same design but very room dependant had a mid range honk, not for me. The X over and drivers and design is close to a "Studio Power Design" DMS100 and DMS200 about 1989. It got a fair review. It was owned by Russell Kaufman yes the same chap doing speaker now under Russell K. Here is the DMS100
