Well this is very topical, and very sad I think ...
I'm not going to get into politics here but love the idea of a pan European youth orchestra and am most surprised that funding wasn't found to allow the orchestra to continue.
Must be a very, very good orchestra to tour with Ashkenazy at the helm!
A great opportunity for these guys to progress into our very top orchestras.
