That's a shame about France winning last night. Considering that it was the French team's first competitive game in 2 years they were alright. They did more than just edge it with the result. The signs are they'll properly gel as a team and go quite far in the tournament. The Pogba/Sagna/Giroud move in the first half was sheer brilliance, even though Giroud didn't get on the end of it properly.

I am worried about becoming an alcoholic. The Irish pub is just 8 minutes walking from my front door. It's the place to be when either of the two Irish teams are playing. It's also between the post office and my house, so no chances of avoiding walking past without being spotted by one of my Irish friends, and being dragged in for a pint. And that is just the start...
