In ear headphones are now banned from competitive running
To answer this (?) the market has come up with headphones that fit in front of the ear and I tried a pair.
Seemed ok
Can't find them anywhere online now. Helps knowing what to call them.
I'm wondering about a pair for cycling as I believe I will be able to hear traffic perfectly well.
What is the collective knowledge on these ?
