Ok got that AR amp today and I'm now in the process of setup. Think I've done it ok but all I'm getting is VERY quiet music out the speakers. What am I missing here?  |

Is there a set of jumpers missing from the pre-out and main-in sockets Chris? You can use a spare pair of interconnect cables instead until you get something shorter.

Ok just put a set of ics in there. Now no noise at all from the speakers - not even quiet

What are the inputs to the amp?

Got stuck with running the TV through it as its downstairs just now - I played a couple of tunes butI need to listen more before I comment. Initial impressions are very good though. A big,full sound and loads of power. I will post up when I've had a decent listen.
Its certainly not as warm as the Arcam duo or my valves!
