When I used to live in a flat block all of the electrical boxes for the individual flats were just outside their front doors which meant that if one of them pissed me off enough I'd just go down and turn off their power if they failed to heed my pleas to shut up... But then again at that point I could be as bad! |

I remember a former work mate of mine from South Africa living in house where they held a party for about a week. Eventually one of the neighbours got so peed off he fired a few shotgun rounds through the window. It made the news at the time. Would have been 1982 I reckon.
