t kind of ironic I gave up on support for a few years. I used to have the Feet of Silence under my power amp and Balanced Mains I also had the Base plate and Cardas Blocks that I used to use under my Preamp As my system changed I did not really feel the need to try isolation. Funny how things go full circle sometimes.
I had the Rock and Rollers X2 in my system for about 2 months now. I initially tried the X1
The X1 are the best value to sound performance accessory I heard in my system Having the extra blocks seem to allow more depth detail and insight Its a subtle difference but no going back to the X1 once heard
Hard to describe sound when all they doing is allowing you to hear deeper into the music

I've also been using the X1s and the X2s for a while now John and they'll be staying put under my server . The best way I can describe their effect is a step nearer a sense of a real band or singer in my room . They're the best I've had in my system and fantastic VFM . Their effect is far from subtle

Apologies guys, having a 'mare with Photobucket... now renamed Oh F@ckit! These are the Rockin' Rollers, which you could call X1 for reference. Sitting between a component and shelf they are great Stock In-fillers They are £18 for a set of three, two carbon tipped and one brass tipped, with a clearance height of 19mm and weight recommendation of max 20kg. These supports can then be upgraded by adding a base of another treated wooden block with two slightly larger rollers... The tip of the Rockin' Rollers sits freely in the groove of the twin rollers on the base to form an X shape and doubles the limited contact points and materials - so forming Rockin' Rollers X2. The bases are £15 for a set of three and raise the clearance height to 34mm, but do not increase the weight tolerance.
