Hope this is in the correct place?
I enjoy listening to all types of music. But I do appreciate music/Albums that has good recordings.
Any recommendation?

It's difficult for CD when you prefer LPs. My top recommendations for digital would be mostly SACD. SACD - 30th Anniv DSOTM. Rumours (Japan). CD - Janis Ian, Breaking Silence (orig CD issue), Jennifer Warnes, The Well (Orig CD issue).

There are so many it's hard to know where to start!
Just a few then:
Dire Straits - Brothers in Arms [SACD] Genesis - Selling England by the Pound [Japanese SACD] Jennifer Warnes - Famous Blue Raincoat 20th Anniversary Edition [CD] Supertramp - Crime of the Century [Speakers Corner vinyl] Steely Dan - Gaucho [original vinyl]
For classical, the Chandos label generally releases very good recordings.

Some friends of mine have recently produced an album using all analogue recording techniques, using 2 inch tape on a vintage studer A27 (and a lot of vintage instruments as well (including a Hammond organ previously owned by Booker T). They are a blues band, and won last years "Brunswick Battle of the Bands" out in Canada, having won the UK prelim, but this is more chilled and jazz and accessible than their earlier stuff.
James the drummer has a hifi with vinyl (rega planar 3), and keeps promising me they will release this on vinyl (there are some distribution issues they are finalising, having recently changed agent). However, even on CD it is a great recording - I have heard them live, in the studio as well as at gigs, and this is one of the best recordings I have heard (in terms of recording technique - I happen to like the music too)
David Migden & the Twised Roots - Animal and Man

There are plenty of well recorded albums on CD and many factors contribute to making them. Here are a few well recorded and well engineered digitally mixed albums.
Aeron Neville - Warm Your Heart, A&M records
Bonnie Riatt - Luck of the Draw, DCC GZS 1107
Tower of Power - Soul With a Capital S
Steely Dan - Gaucho
Robin Trower - Bridge of Sighs 1996 MFSL
Ricki Lee Jones - Pirates UDSACD MFSL
The Pretenders - Pretenders 11 MFSL
Phish - Rift, Elektra 7559-61433-2
Peter Gabriel - Up 2002
Nils Lofgren - Cry Tough, 1998 A&M Remaster
The Meters - New Directions 1977 Rhino
Medeski Martin And Wood - Uninvisible
Isley Brothers - 3 + 3 (original)
Chris Isaak - Heart Shaped World
Most MFSL and DCC issues are better than average

A few from me to revive this thread - just some that sprang to mind as blowing my socks sound quality wise Radiohead In Rainbows (single LP) Oh No Ono - Eggs (Ltd re-release double LP 45rpm) Queens of the Stone Ages - Like Clockwork (double LP 45rpm) The Notwist - The devil you and me (double LP) London Grammar - If you wait (double LP 45rpm) The Good the bad and the Queen - (double LP) Richmond Fontaine - We used to think the freeway sounded like a river (LP) Lambchop - is a woman (double LP) Have quite a few electronic suggestions - if you want them if it's purely production quality and attention to detail then some I have are quite incredible IMHO

Just noticed the original question was about CDs but hopefully me opening it up to vinyl might interest someone? If not it was time well spent for me anyway as I just made myself a set list for the coming days
