To be fair this time last year I got a 10g EE sim for a tablet cheap, cut it down (with scissors badly but it functions fine) popped it into my iPad Air and happy as a minstrel of the same name. Can't remember the price of the contract but very happy with it ongoing. So didn't need to look in at the EE shop this year.

Will next return to the shops on a Black season when there is something else I need that I haven't got.

My candle burns at both ends;

I think this one takes the biscuit. I've just received a "junk" email from Argos informing me that it's "Yellow Friday, a 5 day event. It's Black Friday Every Weekend, Must End Tuesday" If that actually made sense to me, let alone sounded vaguely attractive, I think I'd have to shoot myself.

I didn't use to need the internet, my wife knew everything.
