Thank you, everyone! Yes, my birthday pressie to myself was the new amp and cables and it sounds magnificent tonight.

I was at work today but my team and I celebrated with some nice chocolate cake at lunchtime. I did warn them that we could cause a major fire incident should we furnish it with sufficient candles, so we dispensed with them. Tomorrow Ruth and I are away for a couple of days of 'us' time. We both need it
