Gosh I am so out out of it these days I reckon I only know about 15% of the artist Hope you enjoy Tim You're not that much out of it John, off that list I just did a quick count up and I'm only familiar with 32 acts - unfortunately Curtis Harding has pulled out due to illness, which is a real shame as I wanted to see him, but still more there than I have time to see and still some clashes! I'm really struggling to decide between Laura Marling and The War on Drugs, but I think TWOD will have it, as I have seem LM quite a few times now.

You'd get me out of the woods for Giant Sand and The Delines, and I'd be quite interested to see Euros Childs.

Into the first track of Ryley Walker - you could be right (........maybe!) Been enjoying Tame Impala quite a bit of late. I've only heard of 16 of those bands though, but Doooorzat? Well it's too far to go to get an education this weekend. Shame, as I reckon I'd find lots to enjoy. Have fun Tim.

Euros Childs founded a band named Gorky's Zygotic Mynci, and he's Welsh. You don't need to know any more really, do you?

Not long home and I'm knackered, but grinning!
Brilliant as usual, with some kick ass performances and some not so . . . The War on Drugs were very average live and I gave up after 20 minutes and went to see Laura Marling instead - a very wise decision, as she was peerless.
I'll give a small précis later.
Tame Impala were v good Chris.

Glad you had fun, Tim. By the way, just exactly whose bottom gets bashed during a kick-ass performance? Does anyone know?

No way you could drag me to that sort of 'festival' André - I don't smoke or do drugs and never have, so definitely not my scene at all. Too big as well, EoTR was far too big this year. When I first went it was 8,000, this year they upped it to 14,000 and it's been spoiled. Always happens though, they get well known and popular and grow too big. It will be the last one for me now, too far to come from China as well! This looks like a living hell . . . . and where's the band? Thanks, but no thanks

I had no idea what EDM was until Google helped me out - interesting, but I reckon I'm 30 years too old! Still, learnt something new

Shame about TWOD, Tim, I really like them. Yes to The Delines, too (we rather enjoyed them the last time). Did you catch Low perchance?
