I have never been but I understand there is a museum of medieval torture or something! Get yourself off to the 'In your pocket' website and download a copy of the Prague guide. They are superb free city travel guides, available as pdfs. Updated every month. Highly recommended, they proved invaluable to me on trips to Warsaw, Krakow and Berlin.

Occasionally work in Prague. It's a fabulous city. I'd recommend a boat trip on the Vitava - they are usually quite cheap from the Old Town area. Lots of people gather to watch The Astronomical Clock in the Old Town too. It's part of a very beautiful building. Loads of nice pubs, and the Czech beer is very good! Loads of Irish bars - with a friendly atmosphere. If you like wine, the Monarch is worth a trip, although it's safe to say Czech wine isn't as good as their beer! The State Opera building is also well worth a visit - superb building.
