Hello, Anyone is using Beyers T90 and can chime in about their sound and possibilities to drive them? Ideally, if you are using BMII or CMII, but any other pairings are also welcome. I have Grado's SR325is and thinking about new cans. Thanks in advance.

My T90s finally arrived. Around 10h of playing and these cans are amazing! Source used is Beresford Caiman II powered by battery pack.
Comparing to my beloved Grado 325is's it is quite night and day. Much (!) deeper soundstage, much more bass impact with breathing aura (air blast when bass is hitting) not saying about better comfort. Superb pair true hifi cans. Highly recommended! Two small drawbacks found so far: microphonics ear cushions - when turning or moving head I hear squick sound and cable - could be more sophisticated.
As for Beresford Caiman II you need to crank the volume pot to at least 2-4PM (Venom Mod), but it drives T90s superbly. Warm, nice sound with lots of detail and space.

How much are they roughly, Krzysztof? I bought them here in Poland on discount for around 390 EUR. It's a bargain! Superb pair of cans.

Thanks. I'll try and have a listen to them, sometime. Yes, give them a try, works fantastic with Caiman II with some soldering afford for higher gain.

Just for curiosity, anyone else is using T90 with CMII? I think that's very good combo and we can share the experience and mods to improve it even more.
