Hi All
Just joined the forum after coming across Martins excellent guides to setting up the RPi for audio.
I'm just retired (a bit earlier than usual) but have been into music/hifi since I could afford to buy my first system.
Started streaming when the Squeezebox came out and have tried other things including Vortexbox along the way.
I'm also into vinyl and have 2 decent playback systems based around tweaked Rega turntables and electronics - I've just re-jigged the attic system to use active speakers fed from a Cambridge Audio DacMagic Plus for close field listening and I've been pretty impressed with the results. I'm using M-Audio powered studio monitors.
I'm also into Photography, and living on the edge of the Peak District I do a fair bit of walking.
