I'm just watching the press conference held about the crash after the voice recorder has been analysed - it seems that the co-pilot may have locked the pilot out of the cockpit while he went to the toilet and then brought the plane down himself.

German Wings have an exceptionally good safety record - it did all seem rather strange, especially the flight path they took ...

It sounded bad this morning when they knew the pilot had left the cockpit and was locked out. How do they know the co-pilot didn't collapse?

I think the plane was being actively controlled and, in the meantime, the pilot was banging on the door to get in.

I can't come to terms with someone taking his own life but having to take the life of 150 other people at the same time.

It's now been shown he was searching suicide websites and cockpit door mechs.

I heard it on the radio. I'm glad the supposed video from inside the cabin was a hoax. No-one needs to see what happened in those final moments, it's bad enough imagining it.
