That's my kind of announcement.
When travelling on internal Aeroflot flights back in the 1980s, we got some sort of reading from Lenin. Or at least, that's what we could glean from the monotonic delivery and the red book she was holding. It did give us a break from the noise of chickens and a tethered goat, though (no, I'm not joking).
The best looking attendants ever were the trolley dollies on a Maş Air flight in Turkey. They wore orange hotpants  |

They wore orange hotpants The best, make your heart beat faster, girls I've seen where the Japan Airlines ones enroute to Tokyo and the Stewardess on Singapore Airlines enroute to Singapore I think they were stitched into their uniforms, very hard to look when the wife was seated next to you . The worst ones where on Lufthansa and I swear some had mustaches and muscels bigger than mine! Lets all tell  A rough flight I had many years ago was on Bulgarian Airlines domestic to Sofia. The pilots' cabin door swung open all the time and it was my first experience (flying of course) with a woman pilot, the air was thick with garlic, so no worries about Vamps and some passengers insisted on coming over to your side to look out the window, thankfully the pilot was not one of 'em. A route and airline I would never ever fly would be Susy Airlines Indonesia to Papua but those young pilots have guts and determination! |

My best flight attendant moment: I was flying first class on a United flight home overnight from Washington DC. As we approached departure I was wondering where all the other passengers had got to. They finally closed the door and the first class attendant came over to me and said "well, I'm all yours for the flight"!
