I have always been interested in audio from a young age but couldn't afford the cost of good equipment & began to tinker with existing audio equipment in my teens. Girls, women, Marriage, children, career, life, other hobbies, etc. filled my interests & took up most of my energy for quite a number of years.
About 10 years ago I renewed my interest & became active again in audio DIY, posting & learning on DIY audio forums.
I made some real progress with some of my DIY & found ways of making the Hiface devices sound much better. I posted these modifications on some DIY audio forums & they proved to be popular with those who attempted them, As a result I got many requests to provide a pre-built modified version which I eventually began to do commercially.
I have moved on from the Hiface device since and still pursue even better digital sound to this day.

Thanks for the intro, that sets out your stall rather well. Will be interested in your work with DAC modifications and such. Let us know what you're running in your own system. And welcome!
