I may have come to the same conclusion. Some Marvel items are not perfect. Whedon makes anything perfect though
Think we tried Absentia and gave up. No I lie, watched some time ago. It was quite good.
Rather like Leverage also on Prime
19-2 continues to be excellent

Carnival Row was good. We both enjoyed it.
Roll on the continuation.

Before we die series II (Innan vi dör) Swedish Noir Police drama for those who like that sort of thing. It's on SVT-play now, so might make it to the UK on All4 sometime.

UNDONE is a half-hour, genre-bending, animated series that explores the elastic nature of reality through its central character Alma, a twenty-eight-year-old living in San Antonio, Texas. After getting into a car accident and nearly dying, Alma finds she has a new relationship to time. She develops this new ability in order to find out the truth about her father’s death.
I watched the first two episodes, and it's quite good. When they say it's "animated" it's actually rotoscoped, a la "A Scanner Darkly". It's on Amazon Prime Video, and I shall be watching more.

Tried it and wasn't keen on the juddery animation Quick look again. That does get in the way ..... might give it another go

... This is good news too: " His Dark Materials, Jack Thorne’s adaptation of Philip Pullman’s acclaimed series of novels, will have its global premiere on Sunday 3 November on BBC One and BBC iPlayer. His Dark Materials is produced by Bad Wolf and New Line Cinema for BBC One and HBO." I read elsewhere that this is the most expensive drama of its kind ever commissioned by the BBC, and they wouldn't actually let on how much its costing. Series two is already in production. Behind the scenes.Just a reminder: The above series starts tomorrow, Sunday 03/11/19, at 20:00 on BBC1. I have a feeling that this is one of those shows that will benefit from being recorded, and watched at my leisure.

Well, I've just finished watching all three series of Travelers again. I can't think of another series (apart maybe from Game of Thrones) where I have grown to like the characters so much, such are the performances and characterisations of the ensemble cast. Together with the very clever time-paradox writing, up there with Terminator, it's one of the best TV drama series ever.
I miss it so much, knowing that another series now is very unlikely.

If you're lucky you'll dream / daydream you're in it 😀 Ah Sarah Connor chronicles... Summer Glau, bring back series 900 ballerina Terminators!!

We watched The Catch over the weekend. Very good but also very scary as it is likely real!

We watched the first episode of His Dark Materials last night. Very good production, good cast, nice special effects, loved the airships. However, it all seemed a bit disjointed and passionless - even wooden - apart from the girl playing Lyra. I came away thinking "so what?" We'll try E2 and see if it improves.

19-2 continues to captivate
Best cop series by far
The first and last episode in each series are always storming Watched one last night in the middle of the series
No intro just all hell breaking loose - no spoilers

I tried You Me Her on Netflix last night. He recruits an escort to revive his sense of worth. He tells his wife, who then recruits the same escort. It's a three-way thing, quite humorously done. Both women are hot, he's a bit of a dork.
Definitely not high quality drama, but quite compelling in a guilty pleasure kind of way.

We also watched His Dark Materials... Marie liked it. It's okay.
Got her watching Bosch. She likes it. So I get to watch it again - yay!
I started Jack Ryan. Seems a bit back office Homeland, until it went overseas 😀 I'll give it time.
