I have always been a fan of Dire Straits, with Communique being my favourite album.
But I’ve always had a thing for the album Brothers in Arms too, but mainly the first 4 tracks.
Interestingly, I have played the ninth track (Brothers in Arms) a few times, but until recently not realised just how good it really is.
I found myself mesmerised by it the other evening. It’s got such a lot going on and sounds fantastic.

Try listening to it on headphones, with the lights down, Paul.

Yes, it's the best track on that album.
Agree about Communique, superb.

It's fab when that happens. In this case it was probably my favourite track anyway. Great Album by any measure.

I'm also a fan of the track , never owned the album until last year when I bought the 20th Anniversary SACD.
