Here's a list published in 1985 by the Komsomol, the Soviet youth organization formed as the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League. The list circulated for “the purpose of intensifying control over the activities of discoteques.” It gives the name of the band and the type of propaganda that they were spreading....the little tinkers!
