I think this just about belongs in here. I have had a Wunnerful experience. I wanted to get "Bridget Jones Baby" on bluray for Sue "to open" for her birthday (already had the CLP575) and popped into HMV in Maidstone ... where they had records. Not just on the main display immediately inside the door, but a big rack of them at the back. It took me back over 30 years to when I regularly bought records in a record shop - very often HMV So I bought "Trick of the Tail" by Genesis - curiously missing since the move (maybe longer) and the only Genesis record I am interested in that was missing from the collection. And bought it home and played it - like I used to. No elaborate HiFi listening to it. Just shoved it on the record player, and had a glass of Blanquette And absolutely loved it. Like hearing it for the first time. A real "tardis" experience

Yes, HMV are flying the vinyl flag and I've taken the time to thank their staff and buy the occasional one. It's also pushing against their 'white goods' Apple crapulence, which I greatly object to.
