If you are a cheapskate like moi you like paying as much as you need to and no more.
When searching on Amazon note the price dropdown does not work for "New and Used" You can find a nice price of what you want on the 3rd or 4th page.
I emailed Amazon about it but they had no answer. Anyone here got one ?

It certainly used to work, because one of my "tricks" was to do a generic search for a genre of CD and set the drop-down to Price: Low to High and it would include the used prices when ordering the list returned by my query. Voila! Loads of used albums priced at £0.01. Now it only selects the main price as opposed to selecting "all" including the lowest "More buying choices" price. They've obviously altered the customer search parameters on their database, again, and I say "again" because this happened once before and then a month or two later it reverted to the old (good) search parameters, and now it seems that it's changed once more.

Alternatively, use the camelcamelcamel price watch website; set your prices and away you go.

Yup, camelx3 is great. I still use it for rare CDs that aren't on Spotify --- it can take many months for a decently low price CD to appear. Just recently nabbed a long-sought and usually expensive (£20+) gem for £4 thanks to C3.

Thanks Shows there are other ways to get the best deal out of Amazon
