Jupiter Society is a bit like the Alan Parsons Project, in that it is a solo artist using different guests on each disc. The debut album has never been bettered.

Hi Shane, would you care to offer a few buying tips for the Hadouk Trio? Good, bad, best worst, that kind of thing. Cheers

Hi Chris, I'm a recent Hadouk convert, having been introduced to them by Dave the Bass on Audio/Talk so I haven't explored the whole catalogue yet. Favourite at the moment is "live au Satellit Cafe", which is only available as a DVD, but can also be seen on YouTube in reasonable quality. Next favourite is Baldamore.

Well, as a mainly classical fan my taste in bands originates mainly from my school years when I was a teenager and all that my mates listened to was rock. So, some of these will seem quite ancient, but not all of them ... in no particular order ... Loreena McKennitt (solo, but always has a seriously talented band with her) Supertramp Nazareth Alice Cooper Blondie Eagles Pink Floyd Deep Purple Dream Theater Slade (sorry )
