Finally got round to getting Peter Gabriel's first album on cd. Bit disappointed. Doesn't seem to have the atmosphere the lp has.
Louis Prima & Keely Smith: On Stage. Mastered from an lp - and it's apparent, with an obvious lack of high frequency extension and a heavy curtain in front of the speakers effect. Again, a bit of a disappointment, especially after Live At Las Vegas.
Nevermind. I consoled myself with a couple of KitKats…

Watch out for the Coldplay. Once again, a dreadful sounding album of theirs. As in recorded / produced? I quite like the songs (so far although not quite as much as their previous album which I still think is their best to date).
