Lo Fang - You're the One that I Want
You can barely recognise the cheesy song from Grease in this, a rather excellent soul reworking. As used in the Chanel ad.

Eddi Reader - 'Dear John'
So touching it always gives me a wee lump in my throat, feel so sad for Kirsty but her version feels out of tune, Eddi does it real justice, sorry for coming across as a bit of a wuss.

Hayseed Dixie - Holiday. Sounds a lot more like the protest song it is.

In the same vein as Hayseed Dixie, the only way I can think of to make a Snoop Dogg song palatable...
And just for fun...

I love that Ace of Spades cover. On the same vein I also enjoyed Luther Wright and the Wrongs version of comfortably numb!

On the same vein I also enjoyed Luther Wright and the Wrongs version of comfortably numb! What about the Scissor Sisters' version of Comfortably Numb? It's certainly different!

Their version of "I don't feel like dancin" is pretty good. In context.
