My new CD displayed a lot of errors when ripping using EAC, especially on track 1 where I had a full read error and a sync error (meaning that all its error correction failed and it had to interpolate). A visual inspection revealed nothing, so I gave it the full Auric/Nespa Pro treatment and it made no difference. Looks like a production fault. This is the two-track Phoenix labelled version in a card sleeve.
Having listened some more, I think both tracks have equal merit and the album fully deserves my 9/10 score.

While listening I was reading some reviews and get this - (Progarchives) Definately this is no "Parallel World", but then what is? But still recommended for those who curious of what the Japanese underground rock scene had to offer, and not to mention, Julian Cope actually likes this album a lot (although I find his opinions of it a bit overexaggerated).
Well fancy that

Personally, I think it's streets ahead of 'Parallel World' but then I strongly prefer guitar music to proggy keyboard noodlings. I also think it's way better than any of the other albums that I've heard from his top 50. Conversely, I do agree with his high regard of 'Satori' by Flower Travellin' Band, which is a brilliant album.

Sorry Chris it was the Julian Cope reference that I meant , I was alluding to the fact he must have heard the album earlier today. And yes its much better than Parallel World.

What are the extra tracks like on the CD ? Just realised that must have seemed like a numpty question as they are on the Spotify link , the link had all the tracks greyed out so I just listened to the YouTube tracks. I'll try again.

No good the link shows the tracks but they are not accessible , and a Spotify search bings no results , Grooveshark has closed down.

Sorry, I missed your question about the extra tracks. They are all on this album, which I mentioned in the first post.
The Far Out album with the extra tracks is also on You Tube here:

Too many People is such a good track , sounds wonderful now I have the album , the singing is just a tad dated but hey hes Japanese singing in English , who am I to criticise , the ooohhhs and arrrrs are better than the lyrics they flow with the music.

Thought I would revisit those albums that I hadn't vote/commented on.
Not my sort of music I am afraid, but some good musicians so I have gone with a 4/10.
