One thing to add about the Black Ravioli footers: they don't just have great isolation. If that were the case, then springs or other devices could do a similar job. What they also do is provide a tremendous amount of damping to the underside of the component. Depending on footer placement, the damping adds a large amount of 'deadness' to the component so that the music does the talking. This is why BR is so effective and so expensive. I know of no other footers that provide such effective component support.  I I interpret this as … “trust me this is the best, so just get in and order them”. 😀 |

No, you certainly don't need to trust me. I can only relate my own experiences and have a box of about a dozen other footers, all of which BR slay.  |

Hah! If you want one more persuader: I counted how many BRs I have in my system at the moment: - 20 Big Pads - 40 Pads - 2 BASE shelves That's quite a scary investment looking at the prices now. |
