Primaluna Dialogue Premium HP Power Amp (Silver), fully boxed with remote for switching T/UL modes and valve cage. Fitted with Primaluna EL34 and Primaluna 12au7 valves. This amp weights 33kg so UK delivery will be around £75 insured, collection from Fife in Scotland is also available. Note this is the HP version with Triode and Ultralinear mode.
70w Push/Pull, auto biasing, each valve has an led that indicates if the valve goes faulty, 4, 8 and 16 ohm speaker terminals.
The amp can take any of these valves:
6L6G, 6L6GC, 7581A, EL34, EL37, 6550, KT66, KT77, KT88, KT90, KT120 and KT150.
One or 2 little marks on it but nothing you can see in use. Very highly regarded power amp, just check out the reviews online. £1675 plus postage ( approx £75 within the UK)    Stock photo of its wiring

Well I'm STILL waiting on my new toy that this has been traded for so the amp is still here and still for sale, if you're happy to have it delivered then offers will be seriously considered before the dealer turns up.
I could also deliver by hand if no more than a couple of hours away.
There is also the possibility of having it taken down south by my brother who drives all over the UK, although that would all depend when and where he is in driving.

Bought to temporarily replace my SP10 MKII that's waiting on a new tonearm being built. Wouldn't you know it, the new TT isn't here yet and the SP10 tonearm will be here next week or the week after, I thought it would be a few months yet DOH!  |

Ah, I thought you had bought a new amp! Well actually 😁 I did, I thought you meant what did you trade the amp for 😉 Thinking back it would have been easier to trade the amp for the amp I bought, but I didn't even think about that at the time as I thought it would sell privately and as you know dealers offer less than what you'd like so.... Because of the wait for my new tonearm I thought in all honesty it would be a few months longer in coming ( due to health issues), and I thought a new/different turntable was the ideal thing to buy. Now of course I had an email from the arm builder at the weekend to say it'll be ready in about 10 days, meanwhile my new TT hasn't even been collected from the guy that's trading it in  Typical 😂 So, in answer to the question you actually asked... I bought the integrated version of my power amp to replace the power amp and pre I was using. Couple of reasons, 1 less box and a remote control giving full control of the amp. The remote on the power amp only switches triode/ultra linear mode. Plus I could never find the matching pre for sale at a reasonable price in silver. Oh, and of course the main reason we all buy new kit, I wanted something new to play with 😉😂 |
