You might have dropped out of wi-fi, since you need to be on the same network as the Rendu for it to be seen by Bubble. Via Bubble, into Qobuz. Mobile audio quality ? There is also Renderers settings You need to set the resolution in the Qobuz settings in Bubble to FLAC 24/192.

There is also Renderers settings You need to set the resolution in the Qobuz settings in Bubble to FLAC 24/192. That's a possible as I'm trying both routers - so I can get rid of one Only if the phone and tablet went off the connected one and saw the other hanging around I connect to Qobuz with Bubble on the phone No Qobuz icon seen <later> Yes the phone connected itself to the other router, but the tablet is on the right router.... swapped and swapped back ?

The Qobuz settings are in the Bubble Settings, gear icon from the menu.
You have two routers running again, Mike. You know it causes problems!

After days of silliness with the tablet refusing to recognise my Qobuz password via Bubble, then the phone doing the same I now have them both working.
Tech Support rule 2 If turning off and on doesn't work fiddle about a bit
Not only that I got the phone running Qobuz Opened the tablet - it connected ! not only that - in synch with the phone. Bigger screen and pretty pictures !

Hopefully you'll stop with the two-router experiments!

In the spirit of trying anything and clicking on everything at least once I have it working, without having the Qobuz registration box failing to get me in
Need to work out what I did. Wasn't remotely obvious

Having lost streaming ability again, for many days, trying just about anything to get it back I had one more try before throwing myself on the mercy of MartinT my IT carer I am back streaming today No idea why Clue For the first time today the Rendu back light was orange, meaning not working, connected or other Off and on, wait Green light Connected, playing music via phone and tablet Good news I'm back, just as I begin to reach for streaming as a common move How long for, can I keep it connected ....

You need to rig a mirror so that you can see the Rendu's light from your listening position. Very handy, that orange indication - no internet feed.

Thought of that. Have spare mirror
Mad thing is the green light has been on consistently, day after day but no music available through the system Other problems Error code 501 Bubble not accepting Qobuz password Phone working, tablet not
Bubble has so many settings and they use ambiguous words to me so a setting may be relevant to me in good or bad ways and I'd never know.
If you set up Bubble from scratch on a similar system, Qobuz already in place- ow long would it take ? Assume easy for you, how easy for punters like me who don't have much confidence or competence ?
I was looking seriously at the nuclear option, deleting everything and starting again, perhaps ending up worse off - or not ?

I know Bubble well enought to set it up with my preferred theme, Now Playing settings etc. in 10 mins. There are a couple of more obscure settings that take me a while longer to find again.
Then again, getting Bubble to work with the Rendu from fresh installation only takes entering the Qobuz account details and selecting the DLNA device. About 2 mins. That's the beauty of it. All the other settings are customisations.
I really have very few problems with it, I normally walk into the music room, fire up the P10/amplifier, wake up the tablet and I have music within 20s of entering the room.
Are you turning off the Rendu at night? Also remembering that your DAC times out in an annoying way.

Thanks. Sounds right up your street, not mine 100% detailed list and I could do it, if all went smoothly No way I could use intuition
Tried Rendu and adaptor always on, DAC off at night - fine for weeks
Tried Rendu off at night - fine for weeks
DAC turns off after 20 minutes when not receiving a signal, and all worked fine when turned back on
A few days back the problems started then today it worked

If all else is consistent, then we are left with your dodgy internet which isn't.

I get the Error Code 501 occasionally. I've found selecting the phone I use for Bubble as the device to play to and then back to Ultrarendu will usually clear it, or it clears itself. I'm ever so careful to always Enqueue what I want to play and never big playlists, and then it rarely falls over.
I shutdown Ultrarendu (via control http) and power on every time I listen. I've turned the thing around so I can see the Red / Amber / Green light progress. Silly not to put on the front. I'm tempted to move the damn LED - out of warranty so no issue there:) Other than that Qobuz sign in was done once / if I change account details.
I occasionally switch to Spotify listen and then back again. That is also painless.

I get the Error Code 501 occasionally. . . I'm tempted to move the damn LED - out of warranty so no issue there:) I get the very occasional 501 but Bubble carries on playing anyway. Even from long playlists. Yes - device to tablet then back to Rendu should help reset it. You can also use the software switcher and click MPD (or whatever) again, which resets the Rendu. To be honest, I rarely have a problem just using it again after the previous day. Length of fibre for the status LED? You really don't want to open up an ultra, it's tightly packed in there.
