Playing the 24/176 version, then the remastered 24/96, which is at a far higher level. I prefer the former. All the bass texture present and correct. I shall now return to ignoring MJ as he is not for me! 🤣 Hee He... |

Nice update Damien. The Purple fuses really are good. I’ve one on the way myself.
I tried Michael Jackson recently and for some reason the 24/176 version only plays for a second or two, then stops. The 24/96 version plays fine.

The 24/96 version plays fine. That's a strange one ref 24/176, mine is off a SACD transfer in WAV, l'll have to hunt down the 24/176 and check it out. Yes the Purples are great, it's all about getting them at a reasonable used price for myself, so l'm happy to wait. |
