I have (in my view) an excellent Audience AU24SX RCA cable between my Dac and amp. One of my best purchases.
Is there any benefit to swapping to an XLR v RCA interconnect?

It depends on how the balanced outputs are designed. A true balanced output will nearly always sound better, ones that have been simply derived from single-ended outputs are only going to give you the benefit of no common mode noise pickup in the cable, which depends on your environment.
The only way to know is to try it.

When I moved to XLR using the Temple monos, I heard a slight improvement in sound.
